Dear players,


We would like to thank you for bringing the key issues with the game to our attention.


  • We are working hard to deal with the servers shortage issue, but unfortunately, it is taking longer than we expected. It’s a work in progress now.
  • There was an Encounter in Expedition that couldn’t be completed, and you had to restart the client. It has already been fixed in Live.
  • We agree that the Season Pass should get more progression points from game sessions. We have dramatically increased the season pass progression rewards from just completing a game session. The change is Live. Kindly check it in the game and share your feedback.
  • We doubled the Expedition Blueprints rewards. The change is also Live, but the UI will still show you the old Blueprint rewards numbers. The UI discrepancy will be dealt with in a hotfix.

Please accept our apologies for any discomfort or frustration you have experienced because of these and other issues. We are doing everything possible and impossible to improve. Please understand that these are our first steps in the high seas of Shatterline live operations, our doing it by ourselves. We lack a publisher’s operations department, so the devs do everything by themselves.


This situation has once again shown how important your feedback is. Thank you very much for being with us and doing an excellent job of improving the game. Togеther we will make this game a hit!


We are also preparing a hotfix. This means we will need to shut down the servers for a couple of hours for maintenance tomorrow.
